Alexander Technique with Erin Macdonald
The Alexander Technique is an educational method that teaches us how to use our bodies with greater efficiency, ease, and freedom. This method has been taught for over a century and is frequently used by actors and musicians to enhance performance. Erin Macdonald is Principal Violist of the Okanagan Symphony and a trained teacher of the Alexander Technique (Ottawa, 2017). Erin lives, works, and plays on the traditional and unceded lands of the Coast Salish Peoples in North Vancouver.
